All necessary release forms are now online, please use the ‘Winterfilm Release Forms and Waivers‘ link in the “Documentation” tab above.

If you are using SAG/AFTRA talent, you must fill out the Preliminary Information Form.  

In the ‘your film’s title’ section, put: Your Film’s Title – “Winterfilm”

They will process and get you the appropriate paperwork.
You will be limited in your distribution opportunities per the SAG/AFTRA documentation.

Upon completion of your film, you must fill out the Team Roster.
